ArtAnd.dev ("we", "us", "our") builds websites, web apps and related digital products for clients around the world. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

ArtAnd.dev is a small studio operating across Dubai, Tbilisi and Saint-Petersburg. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@artand.dev.
2. What we collect
When you submit the project brief form, we collect the information you provide: your email address, optionally your phone number, a short project description, and the answers you choose (project type, scope, branding needs). We do not ask for payment details on this site.
We also use a small amount of local, on-device storage (cookies) to remember your cookie consent choice and your interface theme (light/dark).
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about a potential project. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Third-party services
The brief form is delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. If you reach out via the WhatsApp or Telegram links on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's or Telegram's own privacy policy, not this one.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of the project and a reasonable period after for accounting and support purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@artand.dev. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
This site uses only essential, functional cookies (consent state, theme preference). We don't run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our services change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.

2. Using this site
This site is provided as-is, to showcase our work and let you get in touch. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may update or take down content at any time.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all text, design, code and imagery on this site belong to ArtAnd.dev. Logos, screenshots and names of past client projects shown here belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission as portfolio examples.
4. Project engagements
Submitting the brief form or contacting us via WhatsApp/Telegram does not create a contract or obligation on either side. A project only begins once we've agreed scope, price and timeline in writing, typically as a separate proposal or agreement.
5. Confidentiality & Ghost Production
For Ghost Production engagements, we work under NDA and won't publicly reference the client, brand or product unless agreed otherwise. Standard portfolio work may be referenced publicly unless a client requests otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArtAnd.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. This does not limit any liability that can't legally be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

Do you work with clients outside the UAE / CIS?
Yes. We're based across Dubai, Tbilisi and Saint-Petersburg and work with clients worldwide, remotely.
